Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body. The Stott Pilates repertoire consists of more than 500 Matwork and equipment-based exercises. The workout focuses on core stability, it also helps to relieve tension and develop strength as well as flexibility and endurance without risking injury or adding bulk. |
